Whisper If You Have To
Secrets. Alison Prescott has collected a boatload of them in her short lifetime. Moving to a new school in a new town was supposed to fix everything; however, when she meets a new set of friends, keeping those secrets might just ruin everything.
Chad Dourozette has the world by the tail as his crazy T-shirts proclaim every day, but Chad has deeply held secrets of his own. When Chad meets Alison whose life looks absolutely perfect from the outside, will he have the courage to try to win her heart, or will the secrets they both carry keep them apart forever?

I have read a lot of Staci Stallings books, and I think this is one of the best ones! It was well written, and she kept the story going! There a lot of life lessons and things to think about after the book ended.
Alison is a “perfect” daughter who struggles to keep up with her parents demands. When she is paired with a basketball star for an English project, her life begins to turn upside down, for the better! She learns to open up, share, love, and be a teenager! She also has to rely on those around her to get help for her mom. Her family survives some tough events, and come out stronger. Her friendships grow stronger, because of one person who stands in the gap and prays for Alison.
If you love a good story, lovable characters, and clean, then you won’t go wrong with this book!
This was great!

Insightful, moving, inspiring and impossible -to-put-down are what come to mind describing this book. This book was written from a real world perspective where not everyone lives a fairy tale existence. But as things got overwhelmingly difficult, the spiritual power of prayer took center stage and brought in God’s power to straighten crooked places and to right wrongs that looked insurmountable. It is a very hope-filled story that I highly recommend. Staci Stallings is an author that I have really come to enjoy!
